Free shipping for rolls 10ft and longer: shipping cost of vinyl orders are included in the price listed for rolls 10ft long and longer.
We only ship to Provinces of Canada we do not ship to Territories.
When buying TOOLS and/or CARE PRODUCTS without a vinyl purchase, these do not qualify for free shipping. An extra flat fee shipping charge will be added at checkout. HEAT GUNS have an extra flat rate per gun with or without a vinyl film purchase – due to it’s size it does not fit inside the vinyl box, so has to be sent as a separate box.
For CYS vinyl wraps, sales tax (HST, GST, PST) is not charged as these are shipped directly from the factory from China. You may be charged Duty and/or Taxes and a small customs handling fee when it arrives as it is shipped by air from the factory direct from China. Shipping takes up to 6 business days. The shipping company will charge you if there is any duties/taxes assessed by customs and you have to pay before they make final delivery. If it is assessed it has to be paid. If you don't pay it you will not receive the package it will be returned to China. In this case we will deduct any fees and any other costs incurred by us (such as shipping costs, there and return) before any refunds are made.
Processing & Shipment of your vinyl wrap order is done Monday to Friday only.
All orders have 1 to 2 business days of processing time (cutting & packaging, labeling, etc.), but we strive to process all vinyl wrap orders as soon as possible and get it shipped out. Processing time is calculated from the same day of purchase when it is bought before 1pm EST; purchases after 1pm EST is counted from the next business day (Saturday & Sunday are not counted). Any orders from Friday 1pm until end of Sunday EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be counted from the following Monday. We strive to do it as soon as possible depending on the volume of vinyl wrap orders.
Shipping times of your vinyl wrap film order vary depending on your location.
Within Canada shipping can take up to 7 business days. Shipping times do not include processing time which adds 1 to 2 business days to the shipping times listed below! These are the approximate shipping times per province in business days (weekends not counted and Friday and weekend orders are counted from the next Monday):
Ontario: 1 to 3
Quebec: 1 to 3
Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia: 5 to 6
Maritimes Provinces: 5 to 6
All shipments are sent by ground shipping service. Shipping times are not guaranteed either by CWS nor the shipping/parcel companies. The above mentioned delivery times are estimates from our experience and we can't guarantee any shipping times nor arrival dates.
